Fresh Green and Bamboo Shoot

Some days, it is a bit cold, but you can feel the comfortable breeze during this season. The bustles of barbecuing under the cherry blossoms here and there are gone. In the quiet moment, you should enjoy various flowers: azalea pink, wisteria violet and conservative flowering dog trees. The best is especially the fresh green. I like walking and seeing them even on a rainy day. There are also a lot of foods that will please you from late spring to early summer. I prefer bamboo shoot. It’s edible after boiling it and it goes well with dried skipjack.
